Practice Information

Our daily practices are where skills grow, confidence builds, and friendships form! Practices focus on improving technique, endurance, and sportsmanship — all in a positive, encouraging environment.

Practice Schedule (Monday–Friday)

  • Sharks: 8:00–9:15 AM
  • Junior Sharks: 9:15–10:15 AM
  • Baby Sharks (Ages 4+): 9:15–9:45 AM or 9:45–10:15 AM

Skill Requirements

To ensure swimmers are placed where they can safely learn and succeed:

  • Sharks: Must be able to swim 50 yards (two lengths of the pool) unassisted without stopping.
  • Junior Sharks): Must be able to swim 25 yards (one length of the pool) unassisted without stopping.
  • Baby Sharks (Ages 4+): Designed for swimmers who are still gaining the confidence and ability to complete a 25-yard swim on their own.

What to Bring to Practice

Please make sure your swimmer comes prepared each day with:

  • Goggles
  • Practice swim cap
  • Swimsuit
  • Swim fins
  • Fins
  • Buoys

A water bottle, towel, and positive attitude are always encouraged too!
