2025 Coaches

Heath has served as the Head Coach of Liberty University’s Men’s Swimming program since 2018. A lifelong Lynchburg native, Heath grew up swimming in the Lynchburg Aquatic League, giving him deep roots in the local swim community and a true passion for summer swim.

In addition to Liberty, Heath has coached with FAST, the Lynchburg YMCA, and Wildwood, bringing years of experience developing swimmers of all ages. He is deeply committed to creating a fun, encouraging, and positive environment where athletes can grow with confidence, build a strong work ethic, and thrive as teammates.

Outside of the pool, Heath and his wife have a two-year-old daughter and are excitedly awaiting another addition, a baby boy, joining their family this upcoming August!

We’re thrilled that Coach Heath will be joined by a number of familiar and well-loved team members on deck, continuing the strong sense of community that makes the Sharks so special. Please join us in giving Coach Grishaw a warm Farmington Sharks welcome! We are thrilled for the season ahead!
